LADYTIN LABEL — RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY
Handcrafted with intention. Exchanged only when truly necessary.
Because every LadyTin Label garment is made in small batches by skilled artisans in India, we do not offer returns or exchanges for reasons of fit, color preference, or general dissatisfaction. Each piece is thoughtfully crafted, and variations are natural to the handmade process.
However, we stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship and will gladly offer an exchange in the rare event that:
We will accept an exchange ONLY if:

An incorrect product has been delivered to you, or

The product you received has a genuine manufacturing defect
If your order meets either of these conditions, we are happy to support an exchange for the same item (subject to availability).
USA Orders — How Exchanges Work
If you believe you received the wrong item or a damaged/defective product:

within 48 hours of receiving your order. -
Include:

Your order number

A brief description of the issue

Clear photos or videos of the garment and the packaging

Once we review and approve your claim, we will provide:

The return shipping address

Instructions for securely sending the item back

After we receive and inspect the returned garment, we will:

Approve the exchange
-
Ship out a replacement piece at no additional cost
(If the same style is no longer available, we will issue store credit.)

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
International Orders
Due to customs regulations and shipping logistics:
We cannot accept returns, exchanges, or issue store credits for international orders.
All international sales are final.
Conditions for Exchange Approval
To qualify for an exchange, items must be:

Unworn and unused

In original condition with tags attached

In original packaging

Returned with all detachable elements (like tassels)
We reserve the right to refuse an exchange if the piece shows signs of wear, alteration, or damage not related to manufacturing.

Items damaged through wear, improper handling, or incorrect care
Damages During Transit
If your package arrives visibly damaged, please photograph the outer box before opening it and notify us within 48 hours. We will work with the courier to investigate and assist you.
